I honestly don't think no one has made an impact on my life. This is because I do what I think is right, look at things how I want to, ect.; just living and learning more and more everyday. But, if I HAD to choose I'd say my mother has been an impact on my life.
My mother has been an impact on my life because she has raised two good girls on her own. I know alot of women who has and is doing this on their own, but I congradulate my mother because she's not just raising her kids but also doing a good job at it.
If you were a parent, would you buy a doll that misrepresented your values?
If I were a parent, I would not buy a doll in the first baby for my child; and if I did the looks of barbie wouldn't matter to me. People usually follow each other.
If I were to buy a doll for my child it would most likely be just a dolls head because of the way children might play negatively with them.
Should schools have a vocational track?
I personally think that high school students should attend a comprehensive school. When I'm at school I know for sure most of the things we learn or focus on is not going to be used. If schools have a vocational track you could be focused on what you really want to do in life and not be clueless about things.!
Everyone should have an equivalent education and risks of vocational track would exceed the benefits. Its not right if all high schools prepare students for college because not everybody wants to go or could afford it.College doesn't even promise you a good occupation. But, it would still be good to go IF you could.
Should handguns be illegal?
In my opinion handguns should be illegal! In this passage "Should handguns be illegal", since Seung-Hui Cho had the ability to subsequently carry out any scheme he wanted to; but even if students in Virginia Tech had their own handguns then a murder still would be made. But if handguns were illegal none of this would have happened in the first place.
If handguns could be imported not much would have it or really want to waste their time to get it. I t is good that this is a dominant argument because some people kill just to kill and if they have it then of course their tempted to use it.
